Juresic Sales Recruitment is operated by Juresic Academy Pty Ltd (ABN 25 702 053 101). This notice covers employer enquiries made through this website.

What we collect

We collect the name, email address, business name, role and location you provide. You may also choose to provide a phone number and details about your hiring needs. We record your submission date and the wording of the contact consent, along with the campaign or referral source when available.

How we use it

We use these details to review your enquiry, contact you about recruitment and manage the hiring conversation. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to Academy marketing. Access is limited to authorised staff who manage recruitment enquiries.

Service providers and storage

Our website is hosted by Vercel and our enquiry records are stored using Neon’s database infrastructure. These providers may process data outside Australia. We use access controls and keep information only for as long as it is required for the enquiry, our business records or a legal obligation.

Candidate information

This form is for employers. Please do not include candidate CVs, health information, references or other sensitive personal information. Candidate collection and consent are handled separately when required.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and enquiry-flow usage. Form contents are not included in analytics events. This website does not currently use advertising pixels.

Your choices and contact

You can ask us to stop contacting you, request access to your information, or request correction or deletion where applicable. For privacy requests or complaints, email admin@juresicacademy.com.au. We will review your request and respond using the contact details you provide.
